The holiday season is coming to a close, and that means so is 2021. To help celebrate New Year’s Eve we’ve put together a compilation of some of the most delicious boozy and non-boozy cocktail recipes across the web. Confetti Champagne

Ingredients:
- 1/3 c. assorted Pop Rocks
- vanilla frosting
- 6 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1 bottle Champagne (or Prosecco)
- 1 (20 oz.) bottle Sprite
Directions:
- Place all pop rocks on a small shallow plate and mix together with a fork. Use a butter knife to spread vanilla rims of serving glasses, then dip in pop rocks.
- Add an ounce of vanilla vodka to each glass. Divide champagne evenly between glasses, then top with Sprite. Serve chilled.
Ginger Bee Sting

Ingredients:
- 5 (1-in.) chunks peeled fresh ginger
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
- pinch cayenne (ground red) pepper
- pinch salt
- 6 oz. blended Scotch
Directions:
- In a blender, puree ginger and water; strain juice into a medium bowl and discard solids.
- Whisk honey, lemon juice, cayenne and salt into ginger juice. Stir in blended Scotch. Serve over ice.
Frost Bite Mocktail

Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz white grape juice
- fresh mint leaves
- fresh blueberries
- 3 oz Sierra Mist Natural
Directions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, lime, juice and pineapple juice. Mix.
- Add white grape juice, mint, and blueberries. Using the back of a spoon, crush a couple of the blueberries.
- Shake all ingredients well and strain into a large glass filled with ice.
- Top with Sierra Mist and garnish with fresh blueberries (optional).
Cinnamon and Cranberry Bourbon Spritzers

Ingredients:
- 6 ounces bourbon
- 3 ounces Canada Dry Ginger Ale®
- 3 ounces Canada Dry Ginger Ale® with Cranberry
- splash of cranberry juice
- splash of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon simple syrup
- cranberries for garnish
- Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cups granulated sugar
Directions:
- In a large shaker, add a handful of ice, along with the bourbon, ginger ale, splash of cranberry juice, and cinnamon simple syrup. Shake and pour into glasses with or without ice.
- Garnish with fresh Cranberries
For the simple syrup:
- Combine the water and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil and let boil for 10-15 minutes before adding the sugar.
- Add the sugar and cook until sugar has dissolved.
- Pour into an airtight container and seal (will keep for 1-2 weeks).
Sparkling Lavender Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. lavender simple syrup
- 3 dashes lavender-lemon balm bitters (such as Dram)
- 3 dashes orange bitters (such as Fee Brothers)
- 2/3 c. Gruet sparkling wine, chilled
- Lavender sprig and orange zest, for serving
Directions:
- Combine simple syrup and both bitters in a Champagne glass.
- Top with sparkling wine, lavender sprig, and orange zest. Serve immediately.
Mock Champagne Punch

Ingredients:
- 1 bottles (2 liters) ginger ale, chilled
- 1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 bottle (64 oz.) white grape juice, chilled
Directions:
- In a large punchbowl, combine all ingredients.
Fizzy Spiked Pear Punch

Ingredients:
- 4 cups pear juice
- 1 bottle prosecco or champagne
- ¾ cup vanilla vodka
- ½ cup simple syrup
- Fresh pears for garnish
Directions:
- Pour pear juice, vodka and simple syrup into a pitcher and stir to combine.
- Pop a bottle of bubbly and slowly pour the full bottle into the juice mixture in your pitcher.
- Stir again, gently.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup, or skip it entirely!
- Fill glasses to the top with ice and serve up your pear punch!
- Garnish with slices of pear.
Cinderella Mocktail

Ingredients:
- 12 ounces lemon juice
- 12 ounces lime juice
- 24 ounces lemon lime soda
- 2 ounces cherry juice
Directions:
- Mix lemon juice, lime juice, lemon-lime soda, and cherry juice together in a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Serve in sugar rimmed glasses, if desired.
Fruit Belt Boulevardier

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Virtue Cider
- 4 oz. Rye Whiskey
- 2 oz. Campari
- 2 oz. Sweet vermouth
Directions:
- Add ice to the mixing glass.
- Add Virtue Cider, rye, Campari, and vermouth. Stir. Strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with an orange twist and serve immediately.
Blackberry Ginger Mocktail

Ingredients:
- 5 whole blackberries
- 1/2 lemon – thinly sliced
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 1 mini can (5 oz) ginger ale
- 1 tsp honey – sub maple syrup for a vegan recipe
Directions:
- Add the blackberries and lemon slices in a cup. Add on the ice cubes. Slowly pour on the ginger ale, add a tsp of honey and give it a quick stir.
- Serve immediately with a straw to crush the blackberries before drinking.
